The journey has begun......
Yesterday morning was spent day dreaming on what my last meal would be especially the dessert part.
I wanted to go out and do the food shopping but I thought the aim is to empty out the fridge and not add more stuff that can tempt you later (catch my drift)
Yesterdays menu was:
Breakfast- Boiled egg with toast
Lunch- Pretty non existent Sainsburys sweet and salt Popcorn
Dinner- Lamb, mint sauce, mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Dessert- I had trifle and a magnum almond
The Ideal Menu
Breakfast- Ackee and Saltfish with Fried Dumpling
Lunch- Duck and watermelon salad
Dinner- Sadza, Green, T-bone Steak
Dessert- Toffee Banana with Vanilla Ice cream
Todays Menu- Another Matter
Breakfast- Strawberry milk shake (After the gym)
Lunch- Apple and Cinnamon Porridge
Dinner-Chocolate shake
The only thing is temptation is a BEEEP! I had to make my kids some fried dumpling and soup and for some reason the fat/oil smelt really nice. But I just thought it isn't worth it continue T.
This is what my life will be for the next couple of weeks.....
