1st Week- Insomnia more like Insane

It's been crazy I have edited the diet to suit me... I know  I know I need to tighten my belt and fix up.
Week 2 will be no stories as I know I can do it.
Couple of things that have freaked me out:
  • Making the kids food and actually feeling the need to snatch their plates and eat it by myself. My kids are 4 and 5 I've had to make them scrape their left overs into the bin and put it straight into the soapy water to resist temptation.
  • I am working out with the diet which isn't really advisable due to the calorie intake being so low and the fact that it might open my appetite. Guess what happens I feel queezy and light headed  as well as moody and drained so I had a chicken breast fillet (I know I'm naughty).
  • I'm suffering from insomnia I'm up at 2am, 4am and finally 6:15am AAAARRRGGGHHHH but when I do wake up I have a glass of water as I'm supposed to drink 4ltrs a day.
Well this is just the first week and I had things that I'm not supposed to this week has to be better than the last.

Finally
I have weighed myself AANNNND  I'm 6lbs lighter WHOOP WHOOP
